We have used Nice and Fast Construction Inc. for several projects.. roof, garden, and painting our house. They have done work for several homes on our block. They are reliable and so easy to work with. Wonderful quality of work. We can't say enough good things about working with Nice and Fast Construction Inc.

Jamie and his team did a phenomenal job with the various projects they were assigned (i.e. roof maintenance, demolition and installation of deck.) They are knowledgable, punctual, and organized. All installations have been satisfactory and continue to operate in good condition. Him and his team members are very professional in their conduct and communication. I am pleased with the work tbey have done and would gladly refer their services.

very “nice and fast,”as advertised. i needed a small, but tedious job resealing my balcony and corner of my apt done. the older cocking and seal were worn away and most likely the reason for water leaking in.
jamie was very accommodating in assessing and giving an estimate in a very timely manner. we set a day/time and i received an invoice. he and his coworker, josé were on time and finished within a few hours.
i have little doubt that the next time it rains it will prove to be a job well done. i will update after a major weather day!
