I found Nice & Fast Construction on Angie’s List. The owner Jaime was responsive when I phoned to ask to schedule a free estimate.
Jaime came the next day prepared with his work truck and went on the roof to provide a thorough recommendation and reasonable estimate.
I moved forward with this company, because the first estimate I received did not mention the options of using fiber glass or aluminum sealing for my roof nor did they go on the roof to assess the job.
Due to Jaime being prepared, punctual, and level of communication -I hired him for the job.

Work done on time and price was right. Would like to add a photo but can't see the roof.
My neighbor highly recommended Jaime, to put up new siding on my house. He was very prompt to come and suggest the repairs needed. He gave me a reasonable price. He and his workers are very knowledgeable, reliable and did an amazing job.
He came back recently to do another job and again I am very pleased with the results and his recommendations on how to fix a problem with very old wooden siding. The name of his company is true ! They did an excellent job “Nice and Fast.”
