I’ve been coming here since I was young and now my kids all I’m going to say is the work they put in to make sure your satisfied and I live all the way in the Bronx when I mean they are worth it. All staff that helps with the appts even when having my younger son I’m grateful all departments do excellent work but I’m speaking on dental confidence is key and they do the up most to make sure me and my kids are satisfied I love them..the staff helped making my 4 year old a glove ballon she was so helpful though he wasn’t being seen. As of June 16, 2025 they no longer accept emergency walk-ins. The website info is out of date and there’s no answer when calling, so patients only learn of this development after showing up. If you’re having a dental emergency, save yourself the trip.
I visited on a Saturday afternoon and wasn't able to be seen because it was past the admittance window. The website says they offer emergency Dental consultation 24/7.. I'm not sure how that works, but I was kindly told to come back early Monday morning for care. They accept walk-in emergency dental patients on Saturday from 8:30am - 12:30pm, or until max capacity is reached. No hours on Sundays. I'm posting a photo of all hours..
