Great local renovator! This team did a solid job on our Midwood apartment — bathroom remodel came out modern and functional, new flooring installed perfectly (no squeaks), tile work precise and beautiful, plus they handled A/C updates efficiently. General construction was clean, on-time, and respectful of the building rules. Communication was good, pricing fair for NYC. Minor dust during demo (expected), but overall excellent results. 4.5 stars — recommend for apartment renos in Brooklyn!
