First experience here was good. I was hit from behind, which dented my back door of a Dodge Caravan. Chris handled it all, working out all the payments directly with the other driver. Door looks great and the entire process was smooth. However, the back windshield wiper never really worked correctly (it only wipes part of the window and I need to replace).Second experience was awful. My mechanic told me that I had rust underneath the car and it needed to be addressed. I told the issue to someone who works with Chris, and she told me to come in at 9am the next day. I did, waited 20 minutes for Chris to show up, and then had him tell me that the work wasn't worth his time.If...read full review

Oscar's the man. I can't say enough about this guy. He's been taking care of both new VWs that I bought. I used to go to VW to get my car serviced but when I found out he had opened his own shop, I knew I had to leave with him. The shop has great rates and Oscar gave me a heads up on future maintenance that I might need soon. My car felt awesome after they changed the brakes and fluids. Stop shopping around for repair facilities, this is the place you need to take your car to! I'll definitely be coming back here.
