I have never had such a wonderful experience in my life. Missy took her time with me and made sure I liked every design. She’s very creative and artistic. My nails came out beautifully and she makes me want to actually keep up with getting my nails done. Thank you so much Missy.

I am visiting New York coming from Baltimore, MD. My first time here was great. My nail tech did an awesome job on my Nails and Pedi. My eyebrows look amazing. Thank you for taking care of me. ✌️ ?

Not sure if it’s the general disdain many service spots have for black people or if it was particularly the employee who did not want to do my nails but this man was so unbothered. He didn’t look me in the eye or engage me in any way other than to switch from one hand to the other. He literally didn’t even bother to clean under my nails. I had to ask. Even down to lotioning my hands, I had to ask for more lotion because between my fingers were ashy. He only perked up when I left a tip. A 25% tip that was only left to prove a point. Treat people WELL. You are there to provide a service.
