This was my 1st time at the salon AND I was squeezed in at the last minute by Anna. I was so appreciative, especially as a 1st time client. From speaking to Lenora on the phone who is too cool and finally meeting Anna in person, I was DEFINITELY happy to support this black-owned business. Anna was so welcoming, informative, sweet and just an overall nice Trini gal...lol. The owner was also so pleasant and helpful with what I needed for my scalp situation. Thank you ladies for not only the great hair care, but the encouragement of good mental and physical care. Big UP Anna and the salon.. Ill be back!! 🥰
I had an amazing experience getting my two-strand twists at MyssBerri Salon. Anna, my stylist, was professional, gentle, and paid close attention to detail. My twists turned out neat, lightweight, and exactly how I wanted them. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. With Leonora's warm welcome, engaging conversations with owner Myss Berri, and my stylist Anna, I felt like I was with a group of friends chatting about everything. Highly recommend this salon if you're looking for quality work and a great experience!
I booked with Anna and I had a good experience. Wash, treatment, cut, flat twist style.
She answered all my questions and kept it real with me. My hair was in bad shape and I needed the cut. When she saw me getting emotional about it, she tried to comfort me and I appreciated it. Low-key stylist and therapist in one! Ima need that one this journey back to long hair
