Have been going back to Roman here for almost 4 years total since I lived in Williamsburg 3 years ago. Worth the trek from downtown Brooklyn cuz he's that good.
Update 2025: moved out the city 2 years ago and absolutely coming here whenever im back because no one cuts my hair like Roman! Worth the trek from LA lol. Dont forget they are cash only!

After my longtime barber Gaspar, who was a fixture in this neighborhood for decades, retired a couple of years I've been looking for a barber where I live now in Middle Village. The results & vibe were disappointing so I went back to Williamsburg and to Model Barbers, where I got haircuts decades ago before Gaspar. I met Jack, who took care of me, and was greeted like a longtime customer. Good price, nice haircut, treated great and had that old neighborhood vibe of years ago. That's my new barber shop! I'll be back.
