Miracles is a go to barber shop in Clinton Hills. Earlier I had read the excellent reviews, and I took a chance! Miraculously, the shop was not busy when I walked in on Wed afternoon. Clifford is proud of his work and meticulously trimmed my hair down with scissors while his young son watched with curiosity. I def will vouch for him and encourage women to visit too! They are versatile !!
