I love this place, I did prenatal yoga, now doing pelvic floor workshop every first Saturday of the month. They are very professional. I wish they could do more pelvic floor yoga, plus I love Christie!!

Had an excellent couples learning massage with Jamie who is clearly very passionate about his work! Highly recommend. (Also had flexible hours - we were able to book a weeknight 8pm session which is a godsend for two working parents trying to do a low key date night!)
