I love this place, I did prenatal yoga, now doing pelvic floor workshop every first Saturday of the month. They are very professional. I wish they could do more pelvic floor yoga, plus I love Christie!! Also, the best massages I ever had in my life, pregnant and not pregnant. A strong team of professional. Thank you
