My mother contacted Mason General after a terrible accident occurred at our home- a neighbor’s vehicle crashed into the yard, destroying brickwork, a full garden, and iron fencing. When we reached out, we were answered promptly and professionally. They helped us through the entire process and were so patient with the insurance process which took very long to resolve. They were patient and understanding and came right away once things from the accident were finally resolved. The work they did was INCREDIBLE!!!
