I’m very disappointed with my experience. I specifically requested small/medium twists, but I received medium twists, which was not what I asked for. When I expressed my concerns, instead of simply addressing the issue, there was a lot of back-and-forth about the size.
I left unhappy with my hair and the overall experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I believe customers should receive what they specifically request and feel heard when they express a concern.
I’m 8 months pregnant and cannot sit for long. My braider finished my large/jumbo knotless braids in 3 hours (12p-3p). I have thick long hair already so this was a feat! The bathroom was clean and had toilet paper, the soap was low but I always carry hand sanitizer. I’d come back.
