Made The Cut

The lady in purple hair is the worst stylist, did a perm there and the haircut I got from her is completely different from what I came in with and have expected, the razor scratched my ear couple times and the cut looks horrible. I normally go for Jeff(he's one the best stylist!) and unfortunately he wasn't there at the time and that is why I got referred to her. Should have known and waited until he is back.. Very unsatisfied this time

Went here multiple times, the most recent was about maybe half a year ago- had elaine, the purple haired one everyone talks about - I asked for an ombre and she ended up giving me a balayage instead and it was totally not the color I wanted- I wanted an orange and I came out with a pink color. She offered for me to come back another day to redo it, but I didn't want the hassle. I'm really glad I read the other reviews since I see she charges you for it. She made it seem like she would do it for free since she is the one who messed up.

the place was goodI went there for the first time after a friend recommended me it. Initially was waiting a long time (near 40-50 minutes) but eventually i was brought over to wash and it was nice and the massage was good. Afterwards i waited more for my hairdresser and then i showed him reference cut i wanted. It ended up looking good but just too short, i wanted my bangs at my mid eye level but it went to my eyebrows. Its fine tho, itll grow over a month or two-three. Wait time and my hair being too short are eh. I will probably be back in 3-4 months to get another haircut thats longer. I like how they did the sides and back of my hair, but wanted more volume on top.Im...read full review
