Felt like such a safe and uber positive experience. Had my screen expertly repaired in the same day (within hours) did not feel taken advantage of and used as a cash cow like at the Apple Store. Impeccable customer service and wayyyyy more economical (almost 50% of the price than the Apple Genius set-up, bc my Apple care had just run out?) friendly faces and genuine care. SUPPORT LOCAL. 12/10 will be back for repairs !!!

They did a quick 2 day screen replacement on my macbook pro for $200 cheaper than what apple was going to charge me and used the same apple screen apple would have used. very happy with this service-use a case on your laptops yall!

I took my old phone to replace my battery noone in area was available they did great job phone works good as new workers are very polite and they are fair. I recommend them to anyone in Brooklyn or even if use willing to drive to there business you won't regret it. Thanks again to staff
