So glad I found Mac Air. They were a life saver. I had called another company (who shall remain nameless) when my A/C went out completely. This company said it couldn’t be repaired and I would need an entirely new unit installed. Luckily I called Mac Air for a 2nd opinion. They were incredibly diligent, left no stone unturned. They found the source of the problem - which was a new part, which they picked up and installed for a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
My A/C has been working flawless ever since.

Kevin was a Godsend. A beacon of integrity, talent, and knowledge for HVAC systems. Fixed my Gree AC system, provided refrigerant and a sealing agent to address a leak in the system. Was open with information and explained the process with concise, elegant detail. He was also courteous enough to wear a mask and cover his shoes when entering the home. This is a really a 5+ review for an excellent company. From the first phone call, to the proposal, to the installation, to the clean up and follow up - all trustworthy and professional. No detail was too small and no challenge to great for this company. Kevin and Enrique installed 7 mini split heat pumps throughout out our row house. Challenges, in addition to being a a century plus row house, was that it is on a landmarked block. Kevin was sensitive to those challenges and requirements. Highly knowledgable about the system he was very clear in explaining how the project would progress from day to day. We developed a confidence in his workmanship. This was the least stressful project we have done in the twenty five years that we have had this house. This is how all contractors should be.
