I really had a wonderful experience! I recently dyed and bleached my hair and it left my scalp very irritated and flaky. I’m made an appt to see if some scalp treatment and a good wash might help. I had Emily, she’s so sweet and patient. Not judgy and does not give unsolicited advice. She just empathetically suggested a herbal wash to calm my scalp and then a hair mask. My hair was sooo smooth and light again. My scalp feels brand new. No itching or irritation . She gave a great neck massage. Never pushed any packages or anything on me. Will definitely come back a few more times.

Emily has such a calming touch, and she knew exactly how to relieve the tension in my head, neck, and shoulders.
