He’s been really great and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my body and adapting new daily habits.
I've only had about 4 sessions but so far it has been great! Communication is important and with my busy schedule I love that he's pretty flexible. I've had personal trainers in the past and he for sure has me doing different workouts everytime. I appreciate that he pushes me and also makes time during sessions to check in on my eating habits as well as how the work outs are effecting my body. You will sweat, he will put you to work but as he always says it starts in the kitchen. He's excited to take this fitness journey with me and I hope I am able to see this through, this time!
