Came to have a pixel 4xl with the back panel broken and the battery damaged. I was fairly charged $80 altogether for the part and labor, but my phone I received back had no flash or back camera capability. After notifying Luigi, he offered to have them repaired, free of charge. Overall, great experience!
I came here to prepay a cellphone and they were super helpful and nice. I appreciate the extra computer screen at the front where we can see what they were doing on their end. They are also a UPS access point which is very convenient. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
