Great service! I was able to get in for an appointment same day and they were very flexible. I just wanted a wash and blow (no flat iron) and they did an excellent job. My shampoo was super thorough and the blowout was perfect. I can’t believe my hair was actually that straight from just a blow out. They did the whole process in under an hour. I’m black with 3c/4a hair and they had seemingly no trouble doing my hair. $50 was a bit pricy for just a wash and blow in my opinion but the service was top tier so I’d go back. Bring cash for tip bc it’s not an option to add it to the card!
Have only been there once so far but I was very satisfied with the results. It was the middle of a weekday so there was only one staff and two customers, including myself. It was a calm, pleasant atmosphere and the cost was reasonable. Only issue was that an offer on the website wasn't recognized as such. I'll be returning here. It's a bit farther than my old very convenient place but after many cuts, styles and colorings over the years with a wonderful person, I still knew I needed a place that really understands my hair, like Local Roots.
My experience at Roots was 100% perfect and welcoming from the stylist. This will be my go to Salon. Annie was my Stylist.. I highly recommend her. My Blowout was the best I ever had. The Salon was very clean and comfortable. I give my overall experience 110%.Service: Blowdry
