Kosh, did an amazing job. I had been going to another popular loctician but not seeing the results I wanted in terms of style. I was going to cut my hair but Kosh saved it. They have amazing vibes in the Empire location even when things aren’t always as planned. Great customer, amazing stylists, and a welcoming vibe. Can’t wait to be back 4-6 weeks.
I highly recommend this salon. I had a starter loc installation with Chelsea and the service could not have been more enjoyable and peaceful for me. I got a full wash and dry service with my installation. I was also given snacks and drinks to make sure I was comfortable.
Before we started, my stylist checked that the service I ordered was correct for my lifestyle and hair care style, which I really appreciated since this is an expensive investment. My first time coming to Loc’d and Braid was two weeks ago, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The first thing you notice immediately is the phenomenal hospitality and ambiance. I was greeted with a warm smile and even offered refreshments, which made me feel welcomed right away.
I had loc services done, and my loctician truly took her time. She made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment, and the conversation flowed naturally professional, genuine, and good vibes all around.
