Long time llama here. The new space is beautiful, spacious and very inviting! So much room to spread out! Gentle yoga is great and restorative. Power yoga is exactly what you’d want in a faster paced class.
Anna is a superb teacher. I don’t do yoga without her or her teaching in mind.

Good user-friendly app to book appointments. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new spot to work on your yoga practice.
So glad I found this gem of a yoga studio. The ambiance is warm, low key and gives that small business vibe which I prefer in gyms and fitness studios. I've attended classes by several instructors but I especially love Tashya's approach and demeanor. I just wish she taught more classes here! Five stars all around.
A perfect way to melt away the Sunday scaries. I took the 3:30 Sunday afternoon restorative class with Caroline. The class was a great mix of gentle hatha and yin poses. Caroline gave several options to suit different levels and body types. The music was relaxing and centering. The studio is easy to get to; is clean and spacious. Love the llama theme! Would definitely go again
