Last year, I was looking for a gym to join and happened to walk past Len3A’s personal training studio, mere steps from my home. The studio checked all my boxes and then some - convenient location, clean, sanitary, fully equipped, and aesthetically pleasing in sight, sound, and smell - I signed up for training that same day. I have now been training with Len three times a week for over 10 months and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. LEN3A is a great studio gym- Len runs the space really well. It's a great place to train that is private, clean and personalized to your needs. I trained with Anthony who was a fantastic trainer– friendly, professional, encouraging, knowledgable. I was always uncomfortable going to a gym before. With his guidance and sessions, I gained a lot of confidence in my own strength and knowing what to do in a gym. I would recommend LEN3A to anyone and everyone looking to improve their fitness.

Len's an awesome trainer, I've been working with him (3x/week) for about 4 months. It's a totally private training studio, well-equipped, and super clean. It's a good combination of cardio and strength training - he pushes hard and I definitely feel and see the results. He also offers discounts for buying sessions in bulk.
