In these days, it is so difficult to win the lawsuit. It is even more hard to find a good lawyer. Though I found Law Office of Dusenbery & Dusenbery, but Matthew almost didn’t want to take my cases because outstanding lawyers need to make sure the lawsuit is worth to proceed. My fiancé, a very resourceful man, was at his wits end with violations he received from HPD and Dob for a basement apartment. My fiancé hired a so called violations removal company to handle the violations but could not do the job. The violations company gave him several excuses for this failure to do the job( poor internet when trying to contact the courts, constantly rescheduling the case and finally they had forgotten there was a hearing). Finally, my fiancé contacted mr. Dusenberry. Like the cavalary coming to save the day he did.
