Not sure about all these bad reviews but I’ve been coming here for 3 years and my gels always look amazing and they last up to 3 weeks! I’ve recommended this place to so many people. Everyone is nice and respectful. Even though they don’t do designs I sometimes ask if they can and they always try to accommodate. I have been going to Tina and she’s great!!For those reviewers who say that these technicians are rude, do you speak to them with respect? I’ve seen and heard some rude people in here, please remember they are human too and deserve to be spoken to with respect.

I rarely ever get my nails done, let alone get any sort of extensions on my nails, so I was hesitant about trying gel x for the first time BUT I do not regret going to this nail salon. Joanne did my nails and she was so sweet, genuine, and talented that my experience was the most comfortable I've ever been at a nail salon. She made me and my sister laugh and did my nails so similarly to the photo I showed her. When I didn't like one of my nails, she started over without guilt tripping me or talking about me (as far as I could tell) to her coworkers.
