They do a great job, but beware that they charge you for a brand new set after 21 days even if you take excellent care of your lashes and have hardly lost any lashes. I went in today for a refill since they were still very full, and they charged me for a brand new set despite the fact the appointment was less than half as long as it is for an *actual* new set. Disappointed repeat customer here
Ada did my Glam set in 45 minutes, that supposed to be at leas one hour or one hour and a half! She had no more customers waiting she was just rushing me
They can see their customers is upset and ignore and they just offer 15$ for a good review.
I paid 145$ and did my lashes 15 minutes ago but I feel like I need another refill today .
I’ve been going to LS for almost two years now and I absolutely love it. I love how natural they can make your lashes. I also love that they care about the health of your lashes. Whenever I take them off because I want a break, my lashes look just as good as before I put them on. Love how clean it is here too. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new place to try.
My one tip for anyone coming to try LS is to bring a photo of what you want, unless you know exactly what to ask for!
