Chelsea is a true professional. I've never experienced a wait or trouble with scheduling. In fact, I had to cancel on very late notice once and she was extremely understanding and accommodating. She's so easy to talk to, you'll feel like your appointment flew by. Somehow she manages to work very quickly while also doing a thorough and fantastic job. I book for waxes, so I really appreciate her ability to be quick and also thorough, and I think it speaks to her skill level. On top of all this, the location itself is nice and the interior has a very private, tasteful aesthetic that pairs well with Chelsea's relaxed-but-professional vibe.
