I had the fan replaced and the internal dust cleaned for my Alienware laptop here. I’ll take it home and use it for a few days before updating my review. So far, the staff were friendly and professional, and their attitude made me feel comfortable and confident in their service.

Professional, caring informative, and responsive; Still working during holidays(most of them I think); BOARD-LEVEL repairs; Easy mail-in procedure for repair; Affordable, and quick; offers a few-month warranty after repairs. Their offering (Board-level) repair is more than enough to recommend that saved me a lot of money. (Had a Dell G3 laptop fixed that did not charge up when plugged - shorted component somewhere in the DC power section of the board)

I brought my MacBook in for a keyboard issue, and the staff were professional and honest. They checked the device right away, explained the situation clearly, and didn’t push any unnecessary repairs. The pricing was reasonable, and the problem was resolved much faster than I expected. Overall a great experience — highly recommend this place！
