They burned my hairI went to this salon years ago. I have natural hair but it is fine and low density. She blow dried it and i kept telling her it was too hot. I washed my hair over a week later and my curls were gone. I had no idea how to help heat damage. It took years to grow out my hair and cut it off bit by bit.The most infuriating part was that i went to the owner to complain because she’s the one who did my hair and she had the nerve to tell me I have two texture hair. I won’t ever go back here again and I hope they close down.

I meant to leave a review since a few days ago but It’s always one person here most times and she will literally say they’re closed. Sign says 6:30 but you’re closed at 4? If anyone know how I can take further steps into reporting this please let me know. It’s one lady who is super nice and never disappoints me.. maybe that’s the owner but the other girl? NO she need to go. The sign says 6:30 how are you closed at 4? With the door OPEN? Sign says OPEN.

Their close time is 6:30. You come at 5 and they say their closed while I’m literally pointing to the sign they created. Close your business if you don’t want to work. And if you can’t do all hair types you need to lose your license, you don’t deserve it.
