Every time I go to Krystal's I have an excellent time. there was no wait time as soon as I went in I was already in a chair I had my hair washed not once but three times and deep conditioned and conditioned after that. my hair is natural so of course they have to blow it out and straighten it and I had to get it cut evenly. I believe they did an excellent job it was not expensive it only cost $65 to have all that done which included washing, leaving treatment blowing my natural hair. I do recommend them, but go early if you have to in and out.

They burned my hairI went to this salon years ago. I have natural hair but it is fine and low density. She blow dried it and i kept telling her it was too hot. I washed my hair over a week later and my curls were gone. I had no idea how to help heat damage. It took years to grow out my hair and cut it off bit by bit.The most infuriating part was that i went to the owner to complain because she’s the one who did my hair and she had the nerve to tell me I have two texture hair. I won’t ever go back here again and I hope they close down.

I meant to leave a review since a few days ago but It’s always one person here most times and she will literally say they’re closed. Sign says 6:30 but you’re closed at 4? If anyone know how I can take further steps into reporting this please let me know. It’s one lady who is super nice and never disappoints me.. maybe that’s the owner but the other girl? NO she need to go. The sign says 6:30 how are you closed at 4? With the door OPEN? Sign says OPEN.
