I happened to catch owner Michael on his way into the shop and asked a few question about how to clean my Roncilio Silvia (which had NEVER been cleaned.) He gave me some excellent advice and we had a little back and forth in email which was incredibly generous. In the end it didn't need to go to the shop because his instruction was so on point - machine is running cleaner than it ever has. Should it break down, KL5 is the only place I'd take it. Have a Profitec Pro 700 dual boiler espresso machine that wasn’t heating and previous failed attempts from other tech support. Called KL5 coffee they were great. Got me in the same day and had it fixed perfectly within a few days at a very reasonable price. They overhauled the whole machine and works like new. Highly recommend.
