Wow we are very very very grateful to found KL5 Coffee!!! Michael was professional and he knew exactly what he needed to do to repair our Rocket R58! He took his time and came all the way to Midtown to have a look at the issue and repaired it in an hour! After my Linea Mini encountered some issues I was referred to Michael and KL5. During my ownership he has helped me several times, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing their machine serviced.
If you have a machine in need of some help, look no further, this place is AMAZING! Their communication is top notch and their prices are very reasonable, I will be bringing them my back-up machine, aka "baby" for a service too! The turn around time was amazing! Can't say enough good things about the team at KL5 Coffee!
