Gave them 5 stars 3 years ago. If I can downgrade to zero stars I would.

Went in for French tips. The person who took care of me did a horrible job. I clearly saw where my nail ended and the tip started. When I showed it, I was told thats how tips are and I need to accept it. I requested she fix it and she said no, I can take it all off and leave. I expressed concerned that my nail bed would be ruined and was told no, and yet here is the after picture.

Don't ever go here. No wonder the place is always empty.

How did I just spend $40 on a bad manicure (look at the pinky and thumb), the entire time my technician was talking/complaining to her colleague and not paying attention to her work. Whyyyy are people like this?

This salon in under new ownership. Not exactly sure when this happened. Approximately a year ago? Cleaner shop now. Excellent service, skilled nail technicians. I went back when gel wasn't staying. No problem they fixed with a smile. Prices raised from previous owner...well worth it. Highly recommend.
