Amazing experience and result, having my hair done for a wedding last night. Katie communicated before my appointment and she could not have been more professional or more accommodating. When I went back to the hotel, after getting my hair done, someone stopped me and complimented me on my hair and asked where I had gotten it done. It stayed in place all night and it was just what I wanted! I could not be more pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I adore Katie! I have always been very picky when it comes to my hair, and have never been happy with any service I’ve gotten from the many salons I’ve tried in New York. A friend of mine who is a regular client of Katie recommended I see her, and I’ve never looked back! She is super communicative and experienced, and makes me feel so comfortable and open. Absolutely obsessed!! I love going to Katie. She creates such a great experience—amazing conversation, one-on-one attention, and she walks you through everything so you really understand the process. She’s incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and so fun to be around. I’ve been going to her for 3 years now, and I leave happy every single time. I go for a new look and always feel amazing.
