2nd visit here. And the office decor takes me back to the 80s. Love it. The music reminds me of the old neighborhood in Mill Basin. My Dr is amazing. He is experienced and makes me laugh. The front desk staff are okay. The list of patients is long, but that shows how good the staff is on retention and the care the dr gives. The wait doesn’t bother me bc I receive excellent care, and it’s worth the wait. The office manager sounds like they still smoke and wasn’t rude to me but looked like they’re over the place they’ve been in for years. The physical therapist was amazing. She immediately relaxed my strained muscle and I’m walking better.

I was born with scoliosis among other issues & it was Alan Kaplan & Joel Gottlieb that got me well enough to be the #1 Goalie in Amity Soccer & the Traveling team.(I bombed on the traveling team only because I wasn't good enough for the big leagues but road BMX & was a skateboarder after that.

February 2017 was my second visit to see doctors Kaplan, Gottlieb,Faer and Narkhede. My reason for seeing them for the second time was due to the excellent results l received from them when l injured my left arm on the job. As an RN, l sought for good quality care and that's what they provided. So when l unfortunately had my spinal injury they were the right doctors l sought and they navigated about my plan of care. It's almost a year now after l had my Lumbar surgery and l can testify on professional truthfulness that I am better than before.
