I’m so glad I found this place! It’s the best reviewed in the area, and well warranted. I dropped off my wedding dress to be cleaned. Their staff was extremely upfront about pricing and very knowledgeable and kind. They were able to clean my dress back to PERFECTION within the week. It seriously looked cleaner than before. They also take great care in packaging/hanging pieces so they return to you in the best form possible. I will definitely be using them again!

Traveling for business. It’s a small, and very clean shop. The staff was very polite. I received a text alert when my laundry was done. All my clothes were well folded in an easy bundle to carry.

Mostly good experiences so it makes no sense to write a review only about the not so good. Every time they've been polite and timely or even early, and they handle tailored items well. I feel bad having to get rid of all the hangers lol. The star off is because they seem to struggle with wool fabrics. At first I thought I'd gotten fat, but after more than one experience with wool items coming back in a different shape than I left them, I realized they were shrunken. I will still go back but will take wool or even cashmere elsewhere until I find a place that can handle it all since I won't be paying to have expensive items impaired.
