Mom went to ER. Because her condition was critical, the medical staff took her in right away. They wanted to let her go after checking her but she wasn't feeling good and complained that she still was sick. The medical staff listened and kept her for longer and then realized that she does need to stay longer. She wasn't getting her food on time so I had called to find out why and the nursing staff on that floor has thoroughly explained the reason behind it. I'm grateful for the medical staff helping.

Good luck trying to speak to a representative over the phone. You get zero help. I sent a HIPAA form to be submitted over two weeks ago, and they toke forever to get my records out. Unorganized staff

This is a very clean facility with nice staff (sometimes) and with SOME good doctors. But the wait time, is an absolute nightmare. When you call them you are transferred to some type of call center that then calls the clinic, so the entire time you are going through a second party and you can never reach the clinic directly. What a horrible concept. This caused wait times that are so long I have to keep switching the phone from my left ear to my right ear and over and over. Took me 45 minutes to book ONE appointment. When I showed up to the APPOINTMENT I waited to be seen as if I were a walk in. It took them an hour and 30 minutes to call me in. I dont like to waste time. To wait almost two hours to see a doctor WITH an appointment is just unacceptable. I wont be returning and I have given this clinic too many chances. Off to another place that see people on time, all the time. They exist.
