I was exchanging earrings due to needing a bigger size and while the difference was a couple of dollars, they sent the new pair to me (at no cost) with the adjusted size and return label already paid. I ordered a ring and they also changed the metal type with a simple email inquiry. The quality, design, everything is amazing. Thank you for being such an awesome company!

I've had my eye on the Jack & G 'Baby Chime' earrings for a while, and finally found a local Toronto stockist. Have had the earrings for a few months now and am so happy with them. I wear them often, layered with other pieces. They're the perfect addition to my collection.
