Excellent service. I was very nervous at first but I am impress that it turned out awesome here. May was the one who did my highlight and washed my hair at the end of the washed she did some massage on my head and shoulder a bit. Sandy was the one who blow my hair. First time coming here for the summer I only planned to do highlight and dye my hair. I will be back for my cutting part and root touch up later. Thank you

This is the only hair salon I trust to take care of my hair. They give a wash, cut and blow out. I also come here to bleach my roots to keep my hair bright blue. They have great prices and friendly staff. I'd never dream of going anywhere else for my hair care needs.

I used to come here around 4-5 years ago when I was a teenager for haircuts, but since my family moved I haven't gone in a while. I decided to come to this place to highlight my hair, since I had good experiences previously. I arrived there around 5:30pm after classes and asked for them for highlights and a haircut. The main person who does colors- Sandy, if I remember correctly, was busy with someone else so they had me wait in a salon seat. One of the people who worked there, a younger man, asked me what color I wanted my highlights. I showed him the colors I wanted from a picture (purple and brown). They didn't have purple hair dye so he kept asking me if I wanted blue instead. I asked him if he could mix in some red to make purple, but he didn't seem to understand. Eventually Sandy understood what I wanted and she started on my hair. It took 3 hours just to bleach my hair, and it was closing time by the time she was going to dye my highlights. Everyone left, but Sandy stayed behind an extra two hours to finish my hair that night. And it looked great, especially for the price. The only problem was that Sandy also wasn't sure how much of each dye to mix in for the purple color I wanted and asked ME how much to put in... and of course I only put in enough to make the dye more indigo instead of purple (I was to blame for the color I guess, but I think she should have known how much of each dye to mix in because she's the professional) Pros: good customer service, good prices, overall a good experience Cons: some employees don't seem to understand very well if you speak in English, not much diversity in color for hair dye, must pay in cash to pay less (no tax included if paid in cash) I'll probably come again, but I might look for some other places first if I'm going to color my hair, since this place doesn't have a big variety of colors available
