I can't begin to express how grateful I am for Jarred. My puppy threw up on my Berber, wool rug that my husband and I bought in Morocco during our honeymoon. It measures 7 ft x 3.5 ft. She threw up on three different spots and then tried to cover it up and consequently rubbed the puke on many other areas. I googled and read an NYT article about Lisa Wagner, world known rug guru. On her website she has many listings on reputable carpet cleaners that she highly recommends. That's where I found out about Jarred. I contacted him on 2/16/17, he picked up the rug from my home the following day. He called and told us it was ready for delivery on 2/24/17. He personally delivered it today and it looks absolutely fantastic. It's a Picasso style - Berber rug and has so many different colors and patterns. It looks even better than the day we bought it. I would highly recommend this company, especially for antiques and foreign items. He is extremely knowledgeable on his products and takes pride in what he does.
Great service and very accommodating on both pick up and delivery. I had a problem with moths so was worried about my rugs. Jared took the time to explain the process, showed me where damage was, what to look for and what to expect. I really appreciated his time, expertise and effort. Highly recommend! Thank you!
