I have been going here for over 15 years and never had an issue until now. The Black receptionist with the dreadlocs needs training in professionalism. She has a distasteful disposition over the phone, she hung up on me when I requested my tax paperwork that was missing certain papers. I explained to her that my tax preparer didn't upload all the documents when she emailed me. So, I asked the receptionist can send me the entire document. It still had only 8 sheets in the secure document email link. I'm not sure if she is overworked or stressed, but at a business you are supposed treat people with respect and professionalism. Best service and results for tax preparation. Friendly, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual (appointment) and well worth the fee charged. I am totally satisfied with the same person I see every year, for many years now. M W
