HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE - STAY FAR AWAYMy car got towed while visiting my fiancé, a mistake I'm willing to admit. But the entire experience left me feeling hurt, betrayed, and taken advantage of by what can only be described as a heartless SCAM. There was no notification whatsoever, and I had to rely on my fiancé's apartment staff to get their details.When I finally managed to contact a lady named Rolanda, the way she treated me was nothing short of devastating. She coldly informed me that I could only retrieve my car on Monday morning at 8 a.m., and the staff there would quote the price. Horrible service. I could not believe what I had to go through with this company. From rude service to theft. I would not recommend this company , They should learn customer service and have some dignity when doing their job. Stay away from this shop. If your car dose end up there like mine did get it out as soon as possible. These people are only concerned about keeping your car as long as possible so they can bill high rates to either you or your insurance provider. It took me a week to get my car out of there. Everytime the tow truck company called no one answered, when they did answer no one was available until 10 or 12 or maybe late afternoon. I'm surprised this place is still in business with how horrible they treat their customers. DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS YOU READ!!. They are posted by friends of the owner or people that work at the shop. Run far away!!!!!!
