I stopped by the office earlier today, the girl at the front I believe her name is Elizabeth, she was very helpful and friendly and I was able to reschedule my apt with no issues.

Update 6/9/2026: I really do not understand the previous bad reviews but I had a great experience today, the nurse took me into the exam room, went through 4 machines, very thorough and detailed examination, the sat down with the Dr. who does not sugarcoat which I appreciate then spoke to the glasses specialist upfront. The entire process quick thorough and smooth.

I don't usually make reviews, but this was a terrible experience. The front desk and the doctor was amazing. As far as my contacts that I came for, I never received them. I have amazing insurance, and have coverage for atleast two packs of free contacts. As I came out of my exam I was told what I was covered with, and that they would put the order in. I then received a call asking if I would still want my contacts, I said yes. The girl said she would request them she asked me how many packs do I want and I told her whatever insurance covered. I then received another call by a man screaming at me telling me I don't get any contacts and he doesn't know what I'm talking...read full review

The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. The man at the front was rude, pushy, and was weirdly critical about the style of frames I was interested in. I have no idea how he sells anything
