Great barbershop. I may not converse in spanish (I'm a New Yorker before I'm a Puerto Rican), but they don't let my lack of spanish speaking stop them from doing a great job. I love how I can go there and they know what kind of haircut I want. Despite only going there every 3-4 months, they welcome me and do a fantastic job. Plus, they get bonus points for not having haircuts be $25 like most barbershops.

Lived in East NY for 5 years now and this the only place I get my cut. It's a small Dominican shop. Most of the barbers speak little to no English but don't worry they understand what you want and will do you right. The wait times can be a little annoying if you don't go early. They open around 8:30 or 9 so get up early if you're the impatient type. Like around 11 is when it gets busy. Try going on Sundays too. But they're valid. The B14 drops you in front of the shop, Pennsylvania ave is a few feet away. Take the A to liberty, L to Sutter, 3 to Pennsylvania, J to Alabama. B83 or B20 to Sutter/Pennsylvania. It's lit.
