I have been a client here for 3 years now and I have so many good things to say. My first nail tech was Sophia who I truly adored. When she left, I started seeing Yuki who is also incredible. Yuki is detailed oriented and listens to asks. I’m very grateful for this nail salon.
Hm was excited about this place based on the positive reviews but my polish is already chipping on 7 of my nails just about 24 hours since my mani! I got the milk and honey mani which had some scrub and lotion before polish application so wondering if that had an impact but pretty bummed as I’m traveling this week and didn’t have time to get them fixed! The service and cleanliness of the location was spot on though I must say.
UPDATE: The studio reached out and offered a free manicure to correct which I accepted. Turns out it was one of the best manis I’ve gotten and held up for a long time. I will be giving them a third chance.
