I can't say enough about the care and attention we received from Hollander-Cypress in creating the monument for my mother's grave.
Jesus was wonderful to work with throughout the process. He genuinely cared about getting everything right, and that care was reflected in the phenomenal final product. Leslie also stepped in for Jesus when needed, and I truly felt that both of them poured a great deal into making sure everything came out beautifully.
What stood out to me most was that this never felt like just another project to them. They understood how important and deeply personal this monument was to me and my family. They followed up with me, made sure they had everything they needed, and worked with me throughout the process to bring everything together. I really enjoyed working with them on the design, and the care they put into it showed in the finished monument.
Creating a memorial like this is a process, and as with many custom projects, there can sometimes be delays along the way. What mattered to me was how Hollander handled the entire experience. They remained attentive, caring, and committed to making sure the final result was something worthy of honoring my mother.
The monument came out beautifully, and I am extremely grateful to Jesus, Leslie, and everyone involved at Hollander/Sprung Monuments. When something carries this much meaning, you want to work with people who understand that it is much more than stone and lettering. I truly felt they did.

I cannot recommend Hollander Cypress Monuments highly enough. After visiting three other monument businesses, we found that working with Mr. Jesus Ocasio was an entirely different and superior experience.
From the very beginning, Mr. Ocasio guided us through the entire process seamlessly. His communication was excellent, and he made what can be a very difficult task feel much more manageable. What truly sets him apart, however, is his genuine empathy; he clearly understands the deep importance of honoring a loved one with a monument that perfectly reflects the life of the person lost. He goes above and beyond in every interaction.
Hollander - Cypress did an excellent job on the headstone for our beloved parents. Our sincere appreciation to Jesus Ocasio who assisted us in suggesting, selecting, designing and detailing the headstone. Words cannot express how appreciative we are of his assistance during this difficult time. He kept us posted during all phases until completion; always understanding and patient. Our heart-warming appreciation. Milazzo Family
