Original review: I scheduled an annual vision exam at Heights Vision. I sent an email to confirm my appointment and was notified last minute (less than a week before my appointment) that my appointment was cancelled without an explanation or offering alternatives times. Thorough vision test and eye exam from Dr. Patel. Everything explained to me in layman's language. I have astigmatism and near-sightedness and they delivered a new pair of glasses within a week which were perfect. Everyone there was very polite and responsive.

Love Heights Vision! I've seen Dr. Patel and Dr. Nguyen for years. They are always so warm, thorough, comprehensive, and thoughtful. Liem and Alexis up front are also amazing if you need glasses!
