I visited healing garden recently as a random decision - while traveling - and with low reviews I was nervous. It's a tiny, mostly dark shop. From the outside looking in, you can't even see inside, so you understand the nerves! It's not a luxury look by any means. But crazy enough I walked right in, 2 staff members immediately greeted me and one lady, maybe named Hua, saw to my 30min foot reflexology for $35. The vibes were very simple and no frills which I didn't mind. The price is directly appropriate and commiserate to the service. It felt reaaaaallly good and thorough even for 30 mins and not rushed. It Went up to the calf which was nice. She was a bit distracted at the start but apologized and quickly focused in. I got the full 30 and was quite happy. She turned up the AC too bc It was hot, and the music was delicate piano. My feet don't feel transformed the next day - I've been doing a LOT of walking and lifting. But it's not physical therapy, it's a massage. It felt great during, and they accept multiple digital payment methods in shop.
Wendy was great, the 1h massage was really relaxing and quite deep which I liked. The place is clean and the table was comfortable, good heating too. You can pay by credit card. It was $65 for 1h. Gave a tip in cash.
I don't think I've ever posted a review unless solicited but this massage was noteworthy. It was my third visit and by far the best visit. Walked in with high cortisol levels from a demanding work week, left feeling refreshed and reset. That (to me) is how a proper massage should make you feel. Don't know the name of the masseuse but she was truly great. Thanks! Nick
