Greenpoint Locksmith came over late at night when it was rainy, windy, and freezing cold. I called on my way home when I realized I had left my keys in the apt and they were there when I arrived. I ended up having to have someone come back the next day because of an issue that was discovered with my lock that was not the fault of the locksmith, but they fixed it anyway and didn’t charge me any additional fee. I want to say that the guys who came over (I can only speak about the 2 male locksmiths that came over first to open the lock and then to fix the door the mechanism the following day) were so nice and respectful and my dogs were cool with them as well.
