The massages are intense and focus on problem areas, leaving clients feeling much looser and better. However, the environment may not be as relaxing, as it can be quite loud. Nonetheless, customers highly recommend the spa, with one stating it's the best massage they've had since living in the area, and they will be returning exclusively. The spa is described as no-frills, with incredible bodywork. Customers have been able to book appointments on short notice and have been satisfied with the results. While the massages are not super relaxing, they are worth the price, and the staff is friendly.

I always have a lot of tension on my shoulders, and the women at Graham Spa always know exactly how to target the areas of my body that are the most tight. They are all so kind and generous, and I can’t recommend another spot in the Williamsburg area more.
Extremely nice employees and very strong hands!! They made sure to ask if there was anything that was sore or any areas I wanted them to focus on. I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend this place! Wonderful massage for the price.
I’ve been going to Graham Spa religiously for years now. Lucy, Lisa, and Lilly complement each other perfectly - I like to alternate between them as they each bring their own unique approach to massage. They are all incredibly welcoming, attentive, and even funny, and instinctively know where to focus and how much pressure to apply. They also always check in on which areas to prioritize and make sure the pressure is right throughout.
This is by far the most loyal I’ve ever been to a massage spot, and at this point I’m not sure what I’d do without Graham Spa. I truly can’t recommend it enough!
