Lori is a top top professional. She explained everything about the procedure thoroughly and clearly, and was open to tell me about other skin care methods that were not part of my treatment. Her vibe was great - very knowledgeable but not overbearing and for someone who isn’t in the cult of skin care she was easy to talk to. No preaching and no pressure to spend / do more. Everything felt great and my skin is happy too. Pricing is super reasonable.
